Meet Our Team

Kenneth F. McCurdy is the local Business Leader/General Manager of ServiceMaster Clean Saint John, Contract Services.  Ken joined the ServiceMaster network of companies in 1985.  His focus has been “hands on” customer service since his early years with Sears Canada.  Ken has owned and operated several successful businesses in the great Saint John area.  With post secondary certificates in management and general accounting, he has demonstrated a practical sense with firsthand knowledge gained from over 30 years of business development and project management experience.  He holds designations from IICRC in several specialized areas of asset preservation, as well as health and safety.

Bernie MacEachern has been with ServiceMaster Clean Saint John since 2012, starting as a supervisor in an industrial environment to, most recently, supervisor of all contract services in Saint John and surrounding areas. Bernie’s extensive knowledge of ServiceMaster cleaning products and procedures, as well as floor maintenance have proven invaluable for scheduling and guiding staff in daily operations.  His dedication to customer service is reflected in the positive manner with which he completes the various requests from our customers.  With a background in property maintenance, fleet vehicle maintenance, and inventory control, Bernie has a unique skill set that has proven time and time again to be an asset to both ServiceMaster Clean Saint John and our customers.

Keegan Colville is the newest member to the leadership team at ServiceMaster Clean Saint John, Contract Services.  Keegan joined the company in 2015, and quickly gained an in-depth understanding of the ServiceMaster’s service line and offerings. With a background in customer service and building business relationships in large companies, such as Xerox, Keegan has become an expert in understanding and addressing customers’ needs. Having completed post secondary studies in economics, project and resource management, and having completed the ServiceMaster Academy of Service Training, Keegan looks to a bright future with ServiceMaster and our local customers.

Canadian Contribution

Over the years, Canada has made several contributions to ServiceMaster Clean operations internationally. A program initially known as Spotlight was launched in 1973 and is the father of modern carpet care maintenance methods. It consisted primarily of the concept of spot cleaning, complemented by less frequent deeper cleaning procedures.

Additionally, Canada pioneered the sale of franchises by service line. This concept promoted greater expertise and knowledge in each service line.
